Tonight's episode of Tony Bourdain's No Reservations promises to be Tivo worthy. The nomadic chef takes time out from his global search for extreme and entertaining foods to return to the kitchen at Les Halles after eight years in "a behind-the-curtain look at the working of a restaurant and man who used to cook for a living." Just for kicks, he convinced fish king Eric Ripert to come along for the ride and work the grill station. Watch Tony work the line! See Eric cook meat!
