Is it possible to have too much candy? Perhaps. Particularly if you're prone to diving head first into your Halloween goodie bag and staying there until you're done. Mmmm candy corns.
Consider trading it all in for some nice healthy granola on Thursday (the day after Halloween) at Whole Foods in Union Square. Full details and press release after the jump.

WHY: At a time when childhood obesity is at an all-time high, Bear Naked wants to show adults and children that all-natural, heart healthy snacks can be both fun and delicious. As the #1 and # 2 granola brand, Bear Naked believes that all holidays can be fun and delicious and still be good for you.
Bear Naked snacks are full of all-natural ingredients, whole grains, real fruits and nuts, and fiber and there are absolutely no preservatives, no cholesterol, no trans fats, no hydrogenated oils, no artificial flavors and no high-fructose corn syrup.
Rather than promoting more snacks in a trade, think about this. Look for a local group that is asking you to share your candy with the troups in those areas where candy (or other snacks for that matter) are had to get - like in Afghanistan. No need to worry about obesity, our young people aren't having trouble getting enough exercise to compensate for the extra calories. I heard about this, went out and bought candy to donate locally. No chocolate granola bar can give you the same "high." Try it.
