You know it's hard out here for a chef. Especially today. Somewhere, the critical hammer is dropping. People always ask me, "What do you think of this place?" "What's your favorite restaurant?" I usually relegate these opinions to live, in-person conversations. Pourquoi? Because I'm not a critic, plain and simple.
