This Sunday’s Super Bowl will draw in a reported 90 million viewers. A majority will most likely watch from home, which means they will not be in restaurants. If your definition of pig skin relates more to bacon than the gridiron, you may want to pick up the phone. It is the perfect day to snag that hard to get reservation.

Same people who cook everyday - or the regular Sunday crew. Super bowl is not an industry day-off.

The Super Bowl isn't my thing either. I'm heading out to a restaurant tonight, and I found a great deal at One If By Land, Two If By Sea, a restaurant I've been meaning to try for a while now at http://www.diningfever.com Check it out, there are lots of other great deals there as well.
