Amidst the stories of cleaning out the kitchen and impromptu dinner parties, he writes..."Paul's new restaurant is more definite than had I imagined; his partner is famed Manhattan restarateur Drew Nieporent." The Legation Quarter is both the neighborhood, where the 120-seat (with private party rooms) white table cloth French restaurant will reside, and the name of the development partner.
